Requirements
- Completed degree focused on electrical or communications engineering, or a comparable education combined with extensive professional experience
- Several years of solid leadership experience in service departments or in the manufacturing of communications/radio-technology devices and systems
- Sound business administration and project management knowledge, with proven success implementing lean management methods and KPI-driven service processes
- Business-fluent German and very good English, written and spoken
