Description
Neubaukompass, part of the Scout24 Group, is hiring a Team Lead Key Account Management to lead the sales team for its new-build real estate platform in Germany. The role carries disciplinary leadership of the Key Account Management team, developing KAMs across experience and seniority levels and coaching them on new-customer acquisition, upselling, and strategic account development. It owns team targets and KPIs, supports the team in complex customer and escalation situations, and drives the sales organisation forward alongside other sales team leads. The team lead also manages their own customer portfolio through targeted hunting and potential management, with frequent travel across Germany.
Requirements
- Empathetic, approachable leadership that develops different personalities and experience levels while setting clear performance expectations
- At least five years of experience in B2B key account management with a proven record of developing customer relationships and revenue
- Experience in end-to-end sales, new-customer acquisition, and upselling, with the ability to pass sales expertise to the team
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed working style steering sales via relevant KPIs
- Clear, appreciative communication and solution-oriented teamwork with stakeholders
- Fluent German and good English
- High flexibility for regular nationwide travel, organised independently
- Experience effectively using AI tools to boost productivity and problem-solving
