Description

Salesforce is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for its Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) team to champion digital transformation for a portfolio of strategic MedTech and Pharmaceutical clients in Germany. The role positions Salesforce's Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Customer 360 suite to help clients unify systems and data for better patient and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include building C-suite relationships, orchestrating cross-functional account teams, value-based selling, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and forecasts. The Munich-based position requires a proven enterprise sales track record and full fluency in German and English.

Requirements

Proven success selling complex enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives
Deep understanding of industry trends and digital transformation challenges in the MedTech or Pharmaceutical sectors
Demonstrated success leading and collaborating with cross-functional account teams in a matrixed environment
Strong experience building and executing long-term account plans for high-value, top-tier clients
Full professional fluency in both German and English, with strong presentation and communication skills
