
Working Student Research & Innovation - Start-Up Partnerships & Project Management (m/f/d)
Description
A working student role on REWE digital's Research & Innovation team in Cologne, supporting its venture-clienting activities to find startups, build partnerships and drive innovation projects. The role helps steer innovation projects from idea to results evaluation, scouts and evaluates startup technologies, and connects REWE Group business units with suitable startups. It also includes organising workshops and events and improving the venture-clienting unit's processes. It suits a student with curiosity about new technologies and startup trends who already uses AI in daily work.
Requirements
- Curiosity, commitment and a feel for new technologies and startup trends
- Interest in venture clienting and innovation processes
- Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial way of working and already using AI in daily work
- Confident handling of new situations and ability to get up to speed quickly
- Confident use of MS Office or Google Suite
- Very good German and English skills
- At least one year of remaining study time
- Willingness to work regularly on site in Cologne-Muelheim (1-2 days per week)
