Description

In this role, you will act as the client interface, taking on roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager depending on the project. You will specify requirements, develop tailored solutions, work closely with the development team and client, and integrate AI/GenAI into projects and daily work. The company seeks an experienced professional to join their team and help clients become champions in the digitalized world.

Requirements

Solid experience in the railway environment or public transport and a very good understanding of railway-specific domains (e.g., operations, infrastructure, sales, passenger information, maintenance).
Several years of experience in agile development projects with a focus on business analysis and structured requirements analysis (functional & technical) or project management with a view to control and decision-making structures.
Strong IT affinity and a very good understanding of modern IT architectures and system landscapes, and a strong affinity for AI/GenAI.
Analytical skills, strong communication and moderation skills, and an independent working style.
