Description

As an Account Manager New Business, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and developing customer-specific solution concepts and sales strategies for voice and data applications as well as UCC and ICT solutions. Your focus will be on closing new customers in the segment of companies with more than 50 employees. You will analyze and qualify assigned prospects, conduct needs analyses considering competitive conditions, and coordinate appointments with the sales team. You will create and follow up on offers, close contracts, and evaluate their success. This role is based in Stuttgart and can be performed in full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours).

Requirements

  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent training
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in sales (preferably with telecom or hardware/software/IT products)
  • Basic industry knowledge with technical affinity
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong sales-oriented thinking and action
  • Closing confidence, strong will to succeed, and persuasive power
  • Ability in crisis management
  • Negotiation-level German language skills (C1)
