Description

Secfix is a fast-growing startup that automates compliance for SMBs in Europe, helping them achieve ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 certification in weeks instead of months. As our second product designer, you will own features end-to-end, from customer conversations to production, working closely with engineers in a small, autonomous team. You will also maintain the design system, write specs, and build tools to enable engineers to do great design work. We value craft, quality, and a designer who owns, not just hands off. This is a remote role within EU time zones, with optional hubs in Munich, Berlin, and London.

Requirements

  • 8+ years designing B2B SaaS desktop applications as Staff/Principal Product Designer or similar, with experience in dense interfaces like tables, filters, permissions, and settings pages.
  • Experience as the only designer or one of two or three in companies under 50 people at least once.
  • Portfolio demonstrates individual ownership ('I' not 'we'), with ability to name engineers paired with and design decisions defended.
  • Clear and concise communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency in Figma, with or without AI assistance.
  • Comfortable doing product work without a PM title.
  • Treats engineering feasibility as input, not constraint, and can iterate quickly based on feedback.
