Description

Vodafone is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for its store in Kassel, Germany, on a fixed-term contract for one year. The role involves supporting the Store Manager in all operational aspects to ensure smooth store operations, including staff training and coaching on sales techniques. The successful candidate will drive sales activities, contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives, and help develop local promotional measures. This position requires strong leadership potential and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry. The role is available on a full-time or near-full-time part-time basis (minimum 30 hours).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business administration vocational training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations, ideally in the telecommunications industry
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
  • Very good understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form (C1 according to CEFR)
