Description

Taxfix is a fintech company that simplifies tax filing for millions of users. As a Staff Systems Engineer within the IT & Infrastructure team, you will architect and operate the enterprise systems that power Taxfix, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. You will lead identity management, integrate new tools, maintain cloud infrastructure, and develop automations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Director of IT to continuously improve the enterprise architecture.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in enterprise cloud administration, ideally with GCP
  • Solid practical experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and virtualization technologies such as Docker and VMware
  • Deep networking knowledge (TCP/IP and related protocols)
  • Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python or shell
  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Google Workspace and Linux environments
  • Experience setting up and improving monitoring and visualization systems
