Description
Requirements
- Enrolled at a German university, ideally in an economics, humanities, or social sciences program, with 15-20 hours per week available
- Prior practical experience in an HR environment, e.g. from previous working-student roles
- Interest in varied HR projects as well as administrative tasks
- Confident with common MS Office applications and willing to learn new tools and processes, ideally AI tools
- Independent, structured, intrinsically motivated, and communicates clearly at all levels
- Willingness to work both remotely and in the Munich office
