Description

Vodafone is looking for a Sales Agent to work in their store in Oberhausen, Germany. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for one year. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, advising and retaining existing customers, and winning new ones. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail or services, a strong sales instinct, and a keen interest in technology. You will be responsible for developing tailored solutions for customer needs and deepening your knowledge of Vodafone's product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the service/retail sector
  • Experience and a good sense for sales
  • Strong technical knowledge and curiosity for new products/technologies
  • Team-oriented, independent work style, and confident and professional demeanor
  • Negotiation-level German language skills (per CEFR)
