Description

Join GetYourGuide to connect people with unforgettable travel experiences. As a Senior Data Analyst on the Customer Care team, you will be the key analytical partner supporting travelers when things don't go as planned. You will work closely with Care leadership, Product, and the broader Analytics organization to ensure decisions are grounded in rigorous measurement. Your role involves owning analytical problems, building measurement frameworks, delivering deep-dive modeling, and championing hypothesis-driven decision-making. This position is based in Berlin and offers a hybrid working model.

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate with senior leaders in a high-context, ambiguous environment

  • Strong customer mindset: understand user behavior and the 'why' behind the numbers
