Requirements
- 6+ years of end-to-end product design experience in a digital product company.
- Experience designing for B2C consumer-facing products.
- A portfolio showing a user-centred approach, strong craft and clear design rationale from problem to shipped solution.
- Experience designing across web and mobile with a solid grasp of platform-specific patterns and constraints.
- Outcomes-focused mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, hypothesis-driven and able to turn complexity into clarity.
- Strong visual design sensibility across UI, composition and interaction design, with the ability to prototype at varying fidelities.
- Clear, confident communication skills, able to present design decisions and build alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience working in cross-disciplinary teams with product managers and engineers.
- Solid understanding of how design connects to business objectives and KPIs.
- Active use of AI tools to drive innovation in the design process and product outcomes, with concrete examples of impact.
- CV or resume and portfolio submitted in English.
