Description

Director of Product for Taxfix's consumer self-filing product lines, spanning the Taxfix and Steuerbot brands in Germany. You own the product vision, strategy and quality of execution across several high-autonomy Builder teams, working as a duo with the commercial leader who owns the P&L. You shape the two-brand strategy, build AI-native filing experiences and grow the product from a once-a-year event into a year-round optimisation and wealth-creation relationship. You report to the Chief Product Officer and drive ruthless prioritisation and experimentation in a fiercely competitive market.

Requirements

  • Led product at a high-growth B2C consumer tech company with results delivered under real commercial pressure

  • Grown a major product line in a fiercely competitive market and know how to decide what not to do
  • Shipped AI products that changed user behaviour in production at scale
  • Led and developed people, raising the bar
  • Fluent in experimentation methods (A/B tests, bandits) and making decisions from evidence
  • Built a product vision from scratch and got an organisation to follow it
  • Genuinely AI-native, using AI in your daily practice
  • Fluent in English and German
