Technical Recruiter (12 Month Maternity Cover)

Join GetYourGuide to help connect people with unforgettable travel experiences worldwide. As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for critical technical roles, combining deep recruiting expertise with a passion for technology and AI-powered workflows. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build efficient hiring processes, monitor recruitment metrics, and enhance the candidate experience. This is a 12-month contract for maternity cover, based in Berlin with a hybrid working model.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment, with a strong track record of closing senior technical talent.
- A genuine understanding of technical roles - you can talk shop with engineers, data scientists, product managers and more.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to supercharge recruiting workflows whilst maintaining the personal elements (sourcing, screening, outreach, reporting - you've experimented and you have opinions).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite.
- A solutions-first mindset: you see friction and you fix it; you see a manual process and you automate it.
- A deep customer-first approach - hiring managers and candidates alike feel the difference.
