Description

Taxfix is a fintech company that simplifies tax filing for individuals, helping millions of people claim their tax refunds. The company operates across Germany, Spain, and the UK, with a team of over 400 professionals. As Programme Manager in the Office of the CFO, you will support the CFO and the G&A organization by leading strategic projects, managing OKRs, and driving communications. You will also play a key role in integrating AI-native tools and workflows to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, builds solutions, and can turn ambiguity into momentum.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of G&A as a function with strong general business acumen
  • Deep project management experience and proven track record of leading complex initiatives from inception to completion
  • Builder's mindset with ability to design processes, stand up AI workflows, or structure frameworks
  • Natural problem solver with bias for action and comfort with abstract ideas
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential financial material in a public company setting
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-Suite and Board
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools or building AI-powered workflows in a professional context
  • Calm, organized, low-ego operator who works well with a wide range of people
