Vodafone is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their team in Ratingen, Germany, in a hybrid working model. The internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into all areas of HR, from administrative personnel work to strategic decision-making processes. The role involves supporting the team with operational HR tasks, advising managers on the employee life cycle, and actively contributing to the Vodafone spirit. This is a 3-6 month internship starting from October 15, 2026, available in full-time or part-time capacity.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a university program or currently in a gap year
  • Studying business administration, economics, business law, education, business psychology, or a comparable field with good academic performance
  • Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to drive topics independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • German at C1/C2 level
  • English language skills
