Revenue Operations Manager – Inside Sales
Description
Join GetYourGuide, a leading travel experiences platform, as the Revenue Operations Manager for Inside Sales. In this role, you will own the strategic direction, financial performance, and scalability of the outsourced Inside Sales channel, which is the fastest route to acquiring new suppliers. You will build forecasting and unit-economics frameworks, design systems and processes for growth, and ensure the vendor partnership operates effectively. Collaborating with Commercial, Data, and Finance, you will translate channel performance into strategic decisions. This role is based in Berlin and offers a hybrid working model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Analytics in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or platform company
- Data-driven and analytically rigorous, building forecasts, unit-economics models, and business cases using tools like Excel, SQL, or Looker (or similar)
- Strategic thinker who can break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans and bring others along with a compelling narrative
- Strong operational acumen with a test-and-learn mindset, iterating based on data and holding yourself accountable to outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work, with concrete examples of impact
