Description

iteratec is hiring a Consultant for its Aerospace & Defence business, a growth market driven by rising defense budgets and pressure on OEMs and suppliers to modernize their IT. The consultant will be the first point of contact for key clients such as Airbus, systematically identifying business opportunities and building long-term partnerships in the Defence sector. The role translates complex customer challenges into tailored solutions drawn from iteratec's portfolio, spanning IT modernization, data and AI architectures, and end-to-end digitalization, while working with subject-matter experts to design and steer client proposals. The consultant also acts as a market-facing thought leader, building iteratec's network and reputation in the industry.

Requirements

Multiple years of proven success in business development, key account management or strategic consulting with a clear focus on the aerospace and/or defence industry
Understanding of the business value of modern IT solutions, from AI & data to IT security, with a particular focus on the potential of AI and data analysis for the aerospace and defence industry
Excellent communication skills, able to present complex technical and strategic topics confidently to both technical and management audiences
Strong entrepreneurial drive, with high personal ownership and the will to take topics from initial idea to successful conclusion
