Description

Vodafone is looking for a Deputy Store Manager for its retail store in Saarbrücken. You will deputise for the (flagship) store manager and support all operational matters to ensure the store runs smoothly, while carrying out sales activities yourself. The role includes training and coaching staff on sales processes and techniques, driving customer satisfaction and commercial targets, running local sales promotions and planning staff rosters and holidays. The position can be filled full-time or near-full-time part-time (at least 30 hours per week).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business vocational training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing or customer operations
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
  • Very good understanding of sales methods and techniques
  • Fluent German, written and spoken (CEFR C1)
