Description

Vodafone's Network Development unit plans and builds the mobile network of tomorrow, and this Senior Expert represents Vodafone Region East towards the public, authorities, associations, political bodies and competitors on electromagnetic compatibility, environmental and immission protection. The role ensures that planning, rollout and operation of mobile infrastructure in the region are legally compliant, permit-conformant and socially accepted, supports complex permit cases and conflict sites, and coordinates EMF measurements and immission forecasts. It also covers internal communication on expected coverage outages, regional presentations, statements and management reports, and compliance with regulations such as the BEMFV. Candidates need a technical degree, at least five years of experience in telecommunications technology, solid knowledge of mobile technologies, EMC and environmental protection, excellent German (C2), very good English (B2) and a class B driving licence.

Requirements

  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in a technical field or comparable qualification
  • At least five years of professional experience in telecommunications technology
  • Sound knowledge of mobile communication technologies, electromagnetic compatibility and environmental protection

  • High flexibility and resilience
  • Excellent written and spoken German (C2)
  • Very good written and spoken English (B2)
