Account Support Student
Description
trivago is looking for an Account Support Student to join its Sales & Account Management team in Düsseldorf for around 20 hours a week, with two days on campus. The student resolves partner queries as well as content, inventory and pricing issues, keeps hotel profiles accurate, and supports partners by email on operational topics such as invoicing and data quality. The role also covers weekly checks of core partner metrics and administrative support for account managers on projects. Candidates must be enrolled at a German university, ideally studying Business Analytics or Online Marketing, and bring strong analytical skills, a service-oriented mindset and fluent English.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a German university (enrolment certificate required)
- Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills to work confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Fluent English (company language; external communication is mainly in writing)
- A genuine learning mindset, seeking out feedback and continuously looking to grow
- A performance mindset with ambitious goals and the determination and resilience to achieve them
- An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and automation
