Senior Technical Recruiter
Description
GetYourGuide is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for some of its most critical technical roles. The role covers the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close, with a focus on AI-powered workflows and operational excellence. The recruiter will monitor pipeline health, build a strong candidate network, and continuously improve the candidate experience. They will also lead projects that make the Talent Acquisition function smarter and faster, and mentor fellow team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment, with a strong track record of closing senior technical talent.
- A genuine understanding of technical roles, able to talk shop with engineers, data scientists, product managers and more.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to supercharge recruiting workflows while maintaining the personal elements (sourcing, screening, outreach, reporting).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite.
- A solutions-first mindset: sees friction and fixes it, sees a manual process and automates it.
- A deep customer-first approach, for hiring managers and candidates alike.
