Description

This role supports the expansion of Germany's digital infrastructure by acquiring and securing new mobile network sites for Vodafone, based in Düsseldorf with several alternate office locations. The expert owns site-acquisition projects end to end -- from site identification through contract negotiation with landowners and authorities to handover for build-out -- and coordinates internal and external stakeholders. It requires a university degree or comparable qualification, over five years of professional experience with at least four in a related role, and very good English.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in the relevant area of responsibility
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking and application of project-management techniques
  • Subject-matter leadership skills to shape topics and represent positions, e.g. in workshops and working groups
  • Very good English skills, written and spoken (C1 per CEFR)
