Description

As an Expert in Real Estate Acquisition you support the expansion of Germany's digital infrastructure by acquiring and securing new mobile-site locations for the Vodafone network. You own site projects across the whole acquisition process, from site identification through contract negotiation to successful handover, and you coordinate internal and external stakeholders such as landowners, landlords, authorities and service providers. You negotiate lease, usage and easement contracts, accompany permit and approval processes, and ensure legally compliant, economical and quality-assured delivery. You also manage schedules, milestones and service providers, evaluate the economics of site projects and support the continuous improvement of acquisition processes.

Requirements

  • Completed higher-education qualification or comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience (over five years)
  • At least four years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, and application of project-management techniques
  • Professional leadership competence to shape specialist topics and represent positions, e.g. in workshops and working groups
  • Very good spoken and written English (C1 CEFR)
