Description

Vodafone is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own sales activities for an assigned territory across Hamburg, Hannover, or Bremen, Germany. The role carries full responsibility for territory penetration, revenue growth, and target achievement, including qualifying customer contacts, acquiring new customer potential, and reducing churn across the company's telco, IT infrastructure, and digitalization portfolio. The account manager conducts comprehensive needs analyses for mid-sized and large enterprise customers, develops and implements strategic sales plans, and coordinates a team of specialist and overlay sales colleagues.

Requirements

  • Abitur and a completed commercial apprenticeship as a minimum qualification
  • 3-4 years of professional sales experience with telco, hardware, software, or IT products
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and assertiveness
  • High level of initiative, independence, and goal orientation
  • Good knowledge of standard products, ICT solutions, and converged telco solutions
  • Very good written and spoken English (B2 level, CEFR)
