Description

Vodafone is hiring an Operation Steering Coordinator in Düsseldorf on a fixed-term contract until 30 March 2028. You will help build and establish quality management for operational HR services, independently execute termination and early-retirement agreements, and act as a contact for HR colleagues and employees. You will define, align and continuously optimize core HR processes, support the rollout of global HR processes in the local market, and ensure legal and co-determination requirements are integrated. The role requires HR experience and basic labour-law knowledge, especially the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).

Requirements

  • Completed degree or completed commercial training with at least 5 years of experience in HR organizations or comparable roles
  • Basic knowledge of labour law, in particular the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)
  • Experience dealing with works councils, in particular personnel committees and the representative body for severely disabled employees
  • Experience working in projects
  • High organizational and coordination skills, loyalty and discretion
  • Experience in process design and project management
  • Teamwork, strong social skills and resilience
