Description

Store Manager for the Vodafone own-retail branch in Nuremberg, with disciplinary and functional leadership of the store team. The role coaches sales processes, shares successful sales techniques, and owns results steering and target achievement for the branch. It ensures proper store operations and presentation in line with legal requirements, Vodafone Retail Guidelines, and inventory and cash policies, while driving customer-satisfaction and sales-promoting measures. At least four years of retail experience (or a degree plus two years) and staff leadership experience are required.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business administration vocational training
  • At least 4 years of experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations, or alternatively a completed degree and at least 2 years of experience
  • Experience and talent for leading employees
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
  • Very good understanding of sales methods and techniques
  • Fluent written and spoken German (C1 CEFR)
