Description

This dual study program at Amazon places you at the heart of operations, from click to doorstep. You will help design, improve, and run systems that connect people, products, and places on a large scale. You will take on responsibility early, work closely with teams to solve real-world challenges, and see the direct impact of your decisions daily. The program is a structured leadership development path preparing you for an operational leadership role, with the opportunity to become an Area Manager upon successful completion. The program combines theoretical study with practical work in a weekly rhythm, with two days at university and two to three days in an Amazon fulfillment or sort center.

Requirements

  • General university entrance qualification, university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or subject-specific university entrance qualification
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form (C1 level)
  • Advanced English in spoken and written form (B2 level)
  • Affinity for mathematics
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
