Description
orderbird is Europe's market leader for iPad POS systems for the hospitality business. As Performance Marketing Manager, you own the management, optimization and scaling of orderbird's paid performance channels - Google Ads/SEA and Paid Social on Meta (and potentially LinkedIn) - to acquire new customers in the DACH region. You manage budgets, campaign setup, tracking and attribution (GA4, conversion tracking) and reporting, working closely with content marketing, CRM and sales. The role focuses on reducing customer acquisition costs while keeping lead volume stable or growing, and on conversion-rate optimization. Requires 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on Search and Paid Social, and residence in Berlin.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Search (Google Ads/SEA) and Paid Social (Meta)
- Proven success independently managing campaign budgets (CAC/ROAS)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and common tracking/attribution setups
- Analytical, data-driven working style with confident use of Excel/Sheets or BI tools
- Native-level German and business-fluent English
- Residence in Berlin
