
Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (d/w/m)
Description
Growth & Performance Marketing Manager responsible for steering, optimising and scaling orderbird's paid performance channels, mainly Google Ads (SEA) and paid social on Meta, to acquire new customers in the DACH region. The role covers budget management, campaign set-up, tracking and attribution (GA4, conversion tracking), reporting and conversion rate optimisation, with the goal of lowering customer acquisition costs at stable or growing lead volume. You work closely with content marketing, CRM and the sales team. Candidates need 4+ years of performance marketing experience, native-level German and business-fluent English, and must live in Berlin; the role is hybrid.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on search (Google Ads/SEA) and paid social (Meta)
- Proven success in independently managing campaign budgets (CAC/ROAS)
- Very good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and common tracking/attribution setups
- Analytical, numbers-driven way of working and confident use of Excel/Sheets or BI tools
- German at native level and business-fluent English
- Residence in Berlin
