Description

Vodafone is seeking a Store Manager for its own retail store in Mainz, Germany. The role involves leading a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business vocational training
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations (or a completed degree with at least 2 years of experience)
  • Experience and talent for leading employees
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
  • Very good understanding of sales methods/techniques
  • Fluent German language skills (C1 according to CEFR)
